1. decide WHERE (in which city) and explain why
2. decide your house style (concerning the structure of the place)
3. decide WHAT would be the type of information exchange could be there (give examples)
4. decide what kind of people could frequent it
5. present it with a simple presentation (use the app you prefer: ppt, adobe, canvas, google presentation...)
